It was the October 24th. Not even two weeks ago as I’m writing this. It feels like another lifetime. I was in Nepal to climb Himlung Himal 7126 m, and although I knew already beforehand that things rarely go as planned on expeditions, I was of course hoping that I would finally get to stand on the summit of my first 7000 m peak.
